Scott & Mindy Ward are local residents that have a combined total of 80 years of hospitality experience. Their background stretches across many of Canada's most successful restaurant brands, resorts and wineries. The foundation of Ward's Wine Country Kitchen is build on passion for food, wine, craft beverages and people. Their son Kyle is a new addition to the restaurant scene and will be learning the family business from the ground up. The Wards look forward to serving you!
Leading the culinary side of the business is Red Seal certified Chef Ian Stilborn. Ian has lived and worked in the area for over 8 years, where he has established his passion, creativity, and expression of the region’s bounties in his dishes. Ian’s cooking style and menu creations are aimed at satisfying the tastes of the “foodie newbie” all the way to the discriminating palates of the well-travelled. His calm demeanor and lack of “ego” sets him apart from many, and his philosophy to the creation of dishes is simple, “do what you do, do it right, and do it the best”.
We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home. We always love to see you in person, but even when we can't we ensure that your dining experience is top notch! On-line ordering is now live.
