Scott, Mindy and Stephen Ward are local residents that combined have over 120 years of hospitality experience which expands across many of Canada’s most successful multi-unit and independent restaurant brands and concepts. Additionally, they bring a wealth of experience in the management, hospitality and event experience side of the business having worked for a number of the valley’s most well-known wineries and the local ski industry.
Leading the culinary side of the business is Red Seal certified Chef Ian Stilborn. Ian has lived and worked in the area for over 8 years, where he has established his passion, creativity, and expression of the region’s bounties in his dishes. Ian’s cooking style and menu creations are aimed at satisfying the tastes of the “foodie newbie” all the way to the discriminating palates of the well-travelled. His calm demeanor and lack of “ego” sets him apart from many, and his philosophy to the creation of dishes is simple, “do what you do, do it right, and do it the best”.
We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home. We always love to see you in person, but even when we can't we ensure that your dining experience is top notch!
